PERSONALISED SLEEP PLAN
This package is a great option for those families dealing with specific sleep challenges such as early rising, split nights, big transitions, bedtime battles, among others; who would like to receive personalised support and sleep without sleep training.
This package includes:
Analysis of an intake form.
A 60 minute call to get to know you, your family and your unique situation better.
A follow-up email (within 2 business days AEST after our call) including a summary of our call and a personalised sleep plan.
A check in email (a week into the implementation of your sleep plan) to re-group and apply any changes to your sleep plan (if necessary) plus any other relevant suggestions, tips and/or additional resources.
